Step 1
Meeting Our Company Representative
Our Company Asian Paints Beautiful Homes Interior Service Representative called the Customer Service Officer will schedule an online video consultation at your convenience, to understand your needs. He would explain the process in detail and would understand your customized needs and style.
Step 2
Design Discussion & Visualization
Our interior designer will show you the proposed 3D design of your house during the online video consultation using our state-of-the-art 3D visualizer and you can make changes to the design and see changes in real time!
Site Booking Charges: 5% of quotation value or INR 25,000, whichever is lower.
Step 3
Design Iterations & Finalization
The 2D design would be shared with you online. The 3D design will be shared post booking. Subsequent changes will be made to fit into your taste and liking. The Company Customer Service Officer will share the quotation with you here.
Payment Milestone 1: Payment equivalent to 15% of the First quotation.
Step 4
Site Execution Process
Before execution, the Customer Service Officer will assist you with the material selection process. Our Project Manager would chalk out the complete work schedule to ensure on time work. The Customer Service Officer would share with you the relevant documents for final approval.
Payment Milestone 2: Equal to 55% of the update quotation.
Step 5
Construction & Site Installation
You will be kept up to date about the workings of your site via regular communications. The Customer Service Officer will ensure the professional execution of the project. Before the final installation and finishing work at site, the Milestone 3 would be due.
Payment Milestone 3: Balance amount due to the company.
Step 6
Site Handover and a Beautiful Home
Once the site is completed the Customer Service Officer would take you for a walkthrough of the completed site. He would explain the measures necessary to take care of your house and note and assuage any concerns. And with that it is all smiles and a beautiful home!
